Selecting multiple focus areas can lead to:
- Ingredient interference across different pathways
- A more complex formula with higher daily intake
- Significantly higher costs due to additional ingredients and dosages
Choosing 1–3 focus areas allows us to build a more targeted, balanced, and cost-effective formula with clearer results.
You are welcome to continue with more focus areas if you feel they are truly necessary. Just be aware that this will result in a larger, more complex, and more expensive formula.
